Eczacıbaşı Headquarter

The Eczacıbaşı Holding Executive Floor Renovation, completed by KM Designworks between 2023 and 2024, encompasses a 1,200 m² private office space located on the top floor of the group’s headquarters building on the European side of Istanbul. Situated along the East-West axis, this office occupies the entire top floor of the skyscraper and offers its users a spectacular metropolitan skyline through floor-to-ceiling facade windows, bringing uninterrupted natural light throughout the day and adding depth to the space.

Without overshadowing “Istanbul,” the main star of the space, a façade language with transparent glazing free of framing effects and a complementary ceiling design have been formulated to enhance the striking impact of the view.

The design incorporates natural stone floors, natural oak parquet, and woven vinyl flooring; solid natural oak and veneers are used for custom-built fixed furniture designed and crafted with high-quality hand workmanship by our team. A Barisol stretch ceiling, specially designed for the boardroom, adds a sculptural expression to the space, while a location-specific integrated lighting unit strengthens the sophisticated representational character of the room.

Meeting rooms, individual offices, and social areas have been rearranged according to functional needs; acoustic and circulation strategies have been integrated into this new layout. Along the entire floor, niche areas have been created to exhibit Eczacıbaşı’s art collection on dedicated display surfaces.
