Enka Headquarter

In 2019, KM Designworks was commissioned to design and execute the renovation of the executive offices at the headquarters of ENKA, one of Turkey’s largest construction companies. The scope of the project included a comprehensive redesign of the building’s main entrance façade, ground floor, and executive floor.

On the ground floor, a gallery space was introduced to present ENKA’s 63-year corporate journey through a chronological showcase of its significant national and international projects. This space was designed to convey the company's legacy and stature in the construction sector in a clear and impactful manner.

The material palette was carefully selected to reflect the company's engineering-driven, long-lasting approach to building. Stainless steel accents, Serpeggiante and Calacatta marble surfaces, and natural oak parquet define the architectural character throughout the interior, emphasizing durability and refined aesthetics.

One of ENKA’s core corporate principles—transparency—was directly translated into the spatial strategy. Visual permeability between workspaces, clear lines of sight, and transparent partitions reinforce a sense of openness. This ensures both functional separation and an environment that supports open communication.

At KM Designworks, our design approach for this project aimed to align closely with the company's corporate identity—creating a space that embodies not only physical transformation but also symbolic representation.
