Designed by KM Designworks, Therapia (Tarabya) is a private villa complex situated on a total project area of 1800 m², featuring approximately 1,000 m² of enclosed living space. Spread over four floors, the main residential areas are complemented by an independent workspace, a pool house, and a covered garage. The project is carefully programmed to meet the long-term needs of a family of four, offering a functional and balanced living arrangement.
Throughout the design process, all materials have been selected down to the smallest detail with a focus on natural and sustainable qualities. Wood, natural stone, recyclable materials, and low-emission surfaces are prioritized. With KM Designworks' bespoke approach, every element—from custom façade systems to built-in furniture, as well as accessories and art pieces within the interior—is designed in line with the owners' collections and preferences. This creates a long-lasting and highly personalized living environment.
Therapia stands out not only through its architectural features but also through its location's historical and cultural character. Tarabya is one of the distinguished districts along the Bosphorus in Istanbul, known since the Ottoman era as a serene and prestigious residential area.
At the eastern edge of the project site, positioned at the point with the most commanding Bosphorus view, a private lounge area has been designed. This space offers a tranquil and social setting where one can enjoy the scenery from sunrise to late afternoon light.
