Villa Leros

This project, located in Pantelli Bay, Leros Island, occupies a 7-acre plot of land. Known for its peaceful nature, Leros Island, with its castle, beach, and stunning topography, provides a unique foundation for the project, blending perfectly with the natural surroundings. Designed for a family with three children, the living space is arranged around a large pool, positioned to align with the island opposite. The main building, located at the water's edge is strategically placed to be invisible from the sea, blending harmoniously with the environment. This design creates a perfect balance between privacy and the breathtaking sea view. Developed by KM Designworks, the project meets all the modern living requirements while offering a design that aligns with the region's natural texture. The interior is functionally and aesthetically designed to suit the family’s needs, while the exterior blends seamlessly with the natural landscape.
