VISTA NEST

Located on the hills of Ortaköy with a stunning view of the Bosphorus, this structure—originally designed as a twin villa—is being modernized by Km Designworks for a young collector and entrepreneur couple along with their two children. Nestled under the shadow of the iconic "pistachio green" windows that have become a symbol of the Bosphorus, the house aims to offer a contemporary living space while preserving the architectural character of its residential complex.

The updated exterior, using modern materials, incorporates large glass surfaces that bring the Bosphorus view indoors. Innovative skylights and window formats on the roof ensure maximum benefit from natural light. The interiors feature a spacious open-plan layout, with walls and areas designed to display art, creating an aesthetic harmony throughout. The gardens include safe, enjoyable play areas for the children, rich plant life, and relaxing green spaces. Additionally, an elevator connecting all five floors has been incorporated into the design. The project also includes seismic reinforcement based on the latest statutory structural calculations, as required by current regulations.

While creating an environmentally conscious living space, the project offers the family a life intertwined with nature through expansive green areas and terraces.
