Panta Rhei

At KM Designworks, our collaboration with the owners of Panta Rhei spans many years, establishing a strong creative synergy. This longstanding relationship has resulted in a project where design intent, artwork selection, and accessory curation reflect a shared sensitivity at the highest level, making Panta Rhei stand out among our works.

Launched in 2017, Panta Rhei is a unique interpretation of the Ferretti Custom Line 107 model, realized as a 32-meter custom yacht. All interior and exterior design elements were developed by KM Designworks and executed in close cooperation with the Ferretti design team.

Throughout the yacht, a curated fusion of Oceanic primitive art and contemporary artworks brings a distinctive identity to the project. This thoughtful integration lends Panta Rhei both a personal and universal character.

The core focus of the design is to evoke refined expressions of the art of living in every corner of the yacht—creating serene, timeless spaces. Light-toned natural woods, natural woven wall coverings, and textured fabrics define a modern, understated, and warm atmosphere. From built-in furniture to the art collection, every detail has been custom-designed to reflect the owners' personal preferences.
